5 Star Review! Fairway Cooling & Heating has been excellent throughout the process of obtaining a new cooling/heating system. Their sales rep (Curtis) was excellent. He did a thorough examination of our house and addressed all of our concerns. Based on our very positive discussions with Curtis, we committed to purchase. Installation was scheduled almost immediately. Installation crew (Jesse and Steve) were exceptional. System was installed and operational in less than 5 hours. We could not have been more impressed. Of course, we were more impressed when the owner of the company personally delivered our final documents. BTW--The new system is doing a great job

5 Star Review! After driving cross state to my new home in Sun City Oro Valley I discovered my air conditioner was out in 105 degree weather! I called Fairway Cooling Sat afternoon from a friend's referral and the owner Brian called me back right away. He offered to bring a portable air conditioning until a tech rep could check out on Monday. What a relief. After talking with Brian and assessing the age and condition of the unit 2007 and potential parts replacement challenges I decided to replace. He explained models and options well with no hard selling. The install was scheduled for Thursday given the 4th of July holiday. Brian even brought a second portable unit on Monday. The technicians were early, professional, and left no trace beyond a very quiet new Bryant system with an excellent warranty from Bryant and Fairway. Excellent personal customer service all around with quick turnaround.

5 Star Review! It was a great experience working with Fairway. My AC went out for the third time in three years and I googled AC companies in Tucson. Fairway came up and they had good reviews so I gave them a call. Brian was able to get someone out same-day which really helped, especially in the summer. Their diagnostic and proposed solution made sense and Brian was willing to walk me through the details when I had questions. My situation was very complex so it took a couple of visits. But they were able to accommodate my needs and fixed my AC in a relatively short time frame. The techs took pictures of the work and sent it to my e-mail which helped for my records. I feel confident that the next time I call Fairway, it will only be for routine maintenance.

No one in town could help us out or find the part. Well, rather than blowing us off, Brian did everything he could and ....he found the part! His guy hustled out and solved the problem. Brian and his crew are real professionals.I came into his office dreading I was going to have to buy an new system and now we get a reprieve. Brian really went the extra mile for us.

5 Star Review! We had 4 different companies come out and give us estimates 2 of the other companies were competitive however FAIRWAY Cooling and heating had the best warranty and price. They were extremely knowledgeable and upfront we knew our options and were told exactly what we were paying for. The night if the final estimate we called Brian to let him know we were going with them. The next day we had a new hvac system installed! It looks and works great. The sales staff, installers, and owner himself were all highly professional and they met every expectation I had for the install plus more. They answered all my questions and concerns honestly and openly. The install itself was flawless with the 2 installers completing the job in less than a full day. The owner personally came to our home and presented us with all paperwork and warranty information and made sure that we were happy with our experience. 5 Star Review! This is one of the best companies I have dealt with ever. On a Sunday evening, I contacted them for a problem unrelated to air conditioning - beeping alarm system which I could not shut off - and received immediate help! Brian was so helpful in advising a temporary fix to the problem and said he'd send his technicians over the next day (a holiday) to trouble shoot for me. Monday morning, Jesse and Julian arrived on time, solved the problem, and so kindly, without being asked, checked my air conditioning system and changed the filter. All three individuals were so respectful and helpful. I recommend them wholeheartedly and definitely will call them for service and maintenance and other heating and air conditioning maintenance and replacement.

​Initially we had an evaluation and cleaning/tuneup of our existing HVAC system. Later, we had our entire system replaced. The evaluation was for a second opinion to see if we really needed replacement. The two technicians did the cleaning/tuneup of our existing HVAC system. They were thorough and friendly and didn't try to sell services or give us panicky recommendations like the other team. Needless to say, we really needed a new A/C and furnace. Not unexpected and we had gotten quotes last year. The surprise was when the salesman didn't try to push us in any way, and was knowledgeable and helpful. We'd had several quotes the year before, so we were leery of sales. What a pleasant surprise. We discussed our options with him and he respectfully gave us time to consider. It was refreshing not to be pushed to "sign the dotted line" before he left! After our deliberation, We decided to go for it and signed up the same day! The price was right, too. The technicians, again, were friendly, professional, neat, and timely in the replacement and were done in a day with very little disruption to us. They even came back to help us with thermostat adjustment, as we didn't do it right. Very nice guys. I don't particularly like to write reviews, but I am quick to complain when there are issues, so I thought it important to give this one! I told Brian, the owner, I wanted to write a review, because anyone considering HVAC work would be smart to consider Fairway.

He convinced me that he had a first class team of professional service providers that would not exert any pressure on me to buy parts or service. They would simply conduct the comprehensive service per our agreed price. That is precisely the reality of the service call. Jesse and his partner were unbelievably thorough with their inspection of my AC/Heating System (and Swamp Cooler) leaving me with some helpful hints relative to care I should take going forward to avoid any unnecessary heating or air conditioning failures. I highly recommend Fairway Cooling & Heating to other home owners.

This company is great! Service call without the "pushy salesman approach" was a breath of fresh air! They checked my heating and cooling systems, changed my filter and made the point that they want to get back to the old fashion way of giving good customer service and no trying to up sell unnecessary parts and services. Fairway Cooling & Heating LLC I want to report to you the wonderful job your installers did on our purchase of a new Bryant HVAC system. This is the fourth Bryant HVAC system that i have purchased in four years for three different homes. The installation was done in one day. The technicians were very professional and courteous. They knew what they were doing. They returned the following week to make sure everything was working properly. It is nice to feel that the place you purchased the HVAC from is there when you need them. I designed HVAC SYSTEMS for clients for 30 years. The Bryant HVAC is the cream of the crop. The digital thermostat is user friendly and easy to figure out without a manual. The system has many levels of operation to get most efficient operation in the industry. My experience with Fairway Cooling and Heating, from start to finish, was impeccable. What a joy to actually get great service! Bill, a man who had addressed my leak issue three times and recommended a new system at a decent price (I do believe he was integrous but lacked experience with coil leaks), had me looking for alternatives. I checked Angie’s List and Next Door Neighbor for recommendations. Knowing I needed at least 3 quotes, I emailed over a dozen places to see who would respond. Only two responded to my request in 24 hours, one being Fairway. Several more responded 3 or 4 days later. Many never replied at all. From our first interaction, Brian McCulloch from Fairway, stood out. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and forthcoming. He was patient with my questions which spanned over several calls (some because of contradictory information from others). I know we’re in his busy season, and yet I felt I had all the time I needed to make sure I was making my best decision and choice. He also explained the name of the company: Fairway. They want to do business the fair way. Making money but not gouging people. Finding skilled personnel in every area and paying them what they’re worth for their knowledge, experience and training, but still not creating unbelievable markups. Brian had an idea of what was wrong — and that the whole system probably did not need to be replaced. He sent out Rene and Jesse. They were both professional. It was the first time that I can remember that a service person listened to all my information about what had been happening, gave me eye contact, wasn’t fiddling with any device while I was talking. Wow, to be listened to! I thanked them for that. Rene responded that I knew my system better than anyone. The info I gave them was helpful. Rene then proceeded to check out the system. He was the only person, out of the three who came out, that took off the container above the coil. That was in his first two minutes. It was clear that it was leaking — badly. Coil leaks are generally small leaks and hard to see but these were 4-8” oil spreads inside, so impossible to miss. Brian gave me a bid on getting the new coil. He also gave me a 10% senior discount. Rene said it was a great price. I did not get a bid on this from anyone else (though I tried), so I can’t say where the bid came in. Then another call to Brian, as someone said that most likely I would need a new compressor soon, as the low freon hurt it. As it automatically shut off, I wasn’t clear that was true. I didn’t want to buy a new coil, then have to buy a new compressor, then have to buy… (might as well buy a new system at that point). I had asked Rene about other parts when he was there, but he didn’t mention compressor. Brian and I weren’t sure he checked it. So he came out again — free of charge — and tested the compressor. He said he already knew it was fine because of information he had and that it shut off automatically when freon was too low, but he gave me peace of mind by checking it specifically. He was right, it was fine. They ordered the part and put it in as soon as it came. My AC is working the best it ever has in the 18 months I’ve been here. I can’t believe the difference! And I didn’t have to replace the whole system, which is only 8 years old. Every person, and every interaction I had with people from Fairway, was easy, comfortable, enlightening, and comfortable. I never felt pressured, I never felt scammed. Instead I was listened to, respected, given appropriate information. If you want skilled, highly proficient people, doing business the fair way — choose Fairway!

It went beautifully. The workman jumped in and got what needed to be done-done. The old furnace and water heater were sitting on a pedestal and they weren't doing anything with the water heater but they wouldn't put their furnace on the same pedestal until they put some additional support on the structure. I can't say enough good things about them.

Honest. Took the time to explain the quotes and was happy to follow up with questions as I met with other companies. Team has lots of experience and works as a unit. Ask about the labor warranty which no one else offered. Checked our second unit at no added cost. Maintenance agreement very reasonable. Went the extra mile even on a Sunday when we had an issue
